Formict started with a simple observation: field service companies waste hours every day on manual route planning, paper forms, and spreadsheet-based scheduling. We built the platform we wished existed — one that combines route optimization, job management, fleet tracking, and mobile data collection into a single, monochrome-simple tool.
Core for every team
Every plan includes the essentials: jobs, forms, attendance, the mobile app, and base route optimization. Higher plans add more capacity and advanced controls like live map, customer portal, API access, audit logs, and advanced optimization goals.
Solve the constraint problem
We use Google OR-Tools to solve real vehicle routing problems with time windows, capacity constraints, skill matching, and break scheduling — not simplified heuristics.
Offline-first mobile
Field workers operate in areas with spotty connectivity. The mobile app works offline, syncs when connected, and tracks GPS in the background.
Monochrome clarity
Our interface uses a minimal, monochrome design with monospaced typography. Less decoration means less distraction from the data that matters.
